Can I use a MasterCard debit/cash card to buy music online?

I got a MasterCard gift certificate for Christmas this year and I was wondering if I could buy music online with it. It says debit on both the front and back of the card and it has a 16 digit number on the front. I was never given a PIN option when I activated the card online either.
Please HELP!

   The seller accepts it you are in business.

   The mastercard logo is treated just like prepaid creditdebit card gift certificate cards dont require pin.
   The card gift certificate cards dont require pin.
