Dan asked: Hi all,
I was wondering if there was a website that would allow me to sign up for free, upload for free, and then be able to sell my music online, with the added ability to paste a link on other websites to redirect to the selling page.
It is not a problem if the website deducts a certain percentage off the sale price (the site has to make some money!).
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Kirk

I would like to buy music online to sync to my mp3 player. However, apparently, with all the sites that you pay a monthly fee to, once you stop paying you can’t listen to your music! So where is the cheapest place to buy a song and keep it forever?

Do any of the minds out there have a clue as to how you would go about starting an online business? I would like to sell music equipment online, but dont have the wharehouse or physical store to ship from. So my ideal goal would be just a middle man where people could buy, and then the product would come directly from the manufacturer. Ive googled it, and came up with nothing,(that didnt seem like the best way to about it.) So anyone out there with any input would greatly appreciated

I am looking for sheet music, preferably free, for the song “Don’t Tell Mama.” It has to be online because I don’t have time to wait for the book to be shipped to me. If there is anything on amazon.com, I would be willing to pay for that, but otherwise I really don’t want to have to make an account anywhere else. Thanks!

I have recently been chosen to be the first violin in the orchestra pit for Fiddler on the Roof. I have not received any music yet and would really like to get a head start. Where can I find the sheet music online (free), just for that first solo at the beginning of the play?

I have 4 speakers and a subwoofer hooked up to my computer. When I play some music online like from yahoo videos or aol videos, there are only a couple songs that actually come through the speakers. Why is this? All the other songs go through the monitor speaker. And it sounds terrible. Does it have anything to do with the song itself or the feed thats coming from these sites? I need to feel the vibration!

California Native asked:
It seems that a number of people actually believe that stealing music and software does not make them thieves. Thieves that steal from stores at least display courage which is something that can not be said of online pirates. These losers somehow believe that they are “sticking it to the man” when in reality the only people that loose income and jobs are those in auxiliary roles; the rich stars still make millions and the big companies will find a way to recoup any loses. Even if the goal is to hurt major corporations all this does is affect our economy and the prices non-thieves have to pay for products. Another loser justification is that these products are overpriced and not worth the money. In my opinion the iPhone fits this category but that does not mean I will be stealing one anytime soon; even if I could downloaded from the internet. In reality these evil record companies are not quite that bad when compared to the oil corporations but I am sure that all the cowards stealing online are gladly handing over money to fill up their cars. It is hard to reason with this but I am sure parenting has a lot to do with this lack of ethics and integrity. It is unfortunate that some do not have good parents as role models.
